
Easy Two-Ingredient Campfire Flatbreads

Flatbreads don’t get simpler – just self-raising flour and thick Greek yoghurt. Mix into a soft dough, rest briefly, then shape into thin rounds. Cook on a BBQ, hot plate, or frying pan until puffed and golden, brushing with butter or garlic butter for extra flavour.
They’re perfect with curry, soup, kebabs, or the classic “picky tea.” Prep at home and take wrapped dough to cook fresh at camp, or make entirely in the field with cling film as your rolling pin.
