Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, except for products that are printed or personalised to order (see below).
How to return an item
Please contact us before sending anything back so that we can issue a Return Authorisation and provide the correct return address.
Our fulfilment partner (Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment) manages storage and dispatch, so returns are processed through an authorised Amazon UK facility.
Conditions for return

Items must be unused, in original packaging and resaleable condition.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please include your original packing slip/ order number inside the parcel to help us process your refund quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfilment partner, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
Because they are made to order and may include custom details, printed or personalised T-shirts are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where they arrive faulty or incorrect.
This exemption is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (personalised goods clause).
For hygiene reasons, we also can’t accept returns on used cloths bottles towels or other products that cannot be resold safely once opened.
Shipping Policy
All orders are fulfilled by Amazon (UK MCF).
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Processing time: 1–2 working days
Delivery time: 3–5 working days
Carriers: Amazon Logistics, Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel or other major UK couriers.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship once additional postage is paid.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at our cost under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Printed or personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has started, as they are made specifically for you.
