Shipping policy

Overview

All orders are fulfilled by Amazon (Multi-Channel Fulfilment) from UK warehouses.
We offer free standard shipping on all products within the United Kingdom, unless otherwise stated.
Optional expedited delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee.


Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or app notification with your tracking information.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and may vary during peak periods such as holidays or severe weather events.


Carriers

Deliveries are handled by Amazon Logistics, Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, or other leading UK couriers depending on your delivery area and order size.
All parcels are tracked and require no signature unless otherwise specified.


Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (Mainland, Highlands, and Islands).
At this time we do not offer international delivery.


Missed or Returned Deliveries

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery.
Redelivery may incur an additional postage charge where applicable.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

Delivery Confirmation & Missing Parcels

All our deliveries are fully tracked through our fulfilment partner (Amazon MCF). Once tracking confirms that an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

If you believe your parcel has been misdelivered, stolen, or cannot be located, please contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery time so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

We’ll review the case with the courier and Amazon’s fulfilment records. If delivery was confirmed to the correct address with timestamp and GPS validation, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement under UK consumer law.

However, if our investigation shows the parcel was misdelivered, lost in transit, or delivered to the wrong location, we’ll immediately send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.


Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

If an item is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, estimated dispatch times will be stated on the product page.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.


Expedited Delivery Terms

Expedited delivery is subject to courier availability and regional coverage.
Orders placed after 12:00 noon may dispatch the next working day.
The expedited fee is non-refundable once dispatch has occurred.
